Having many years of managing stress both in myself and in my staff you will see on my website the various solutions I found for handling stress anxiety and panic in different situations. The best I found over the years was meditation until...I tried out hypnotism! Unbelievable isn't it! I can hardly believe it myself that it allowed me to meet any stressful situation with a totally calm mind whether it was difficult meetings or speaking at conferences in front of hundreds of people.

The previous solutions were ok in dealing with the effects of stress after it had arrived and was affecting me mentally and physically. Hypnosis of course provides a comfortable shell which prevents the impact of the world outside you causing stressors in you yourself.

I would urge you to try hypnosis out, your life will be transformed, I promise.

Sylvia-
I find it fascinating that so few business leaders recognize the connection between understanding themselves and their performance - and then in turn, the performance of those they lead. What's astonishing is that this topic is seldom taught.

I am honored that you chose to publish my interview and hope it helps others in their leadership development.
